TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Participants must be 18 years or older to participate.
2. Only residents of the Contiguous United States are eligible to participate in the draw. Non-Contiguous United States residents are automatically disqualified.
3. Not open to existing Gameboard customers (users with existing reservations and/or pre-orders). Participants who are also current customers will be disqualified.
4. There is no purchase is needed to enter the draw.
5. Single entry only. Participants with multiple entries may be disqualified from this promotion.
6. A winner will be selected on a regular but random basis on one of our livestreams.
7. The prize is a Gameboard console worth $799, without a subscription.
8. The prize is not convertible to cash or any other kind of compensation.
9. The prize will start to ship to winners December 2022 onwards.
10. Gameboard will only handle free shipping within the Contiguous United States.
11. The winner agrees to have his/her picture taken and posted on Gameboard’s social media accounts or used by Gameboard for marketing purposes.
12. The winner agrees to be tagged on social media or interviewed by a Gameboard staff.
13. Gameboard reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
14. Gameboard reserves the right to disqualify the winner for valid reasons such as fraud committed by the participant.
