The Deets on Beta

Hey everyone!

I know you’ve all been waiting anxiously for your shiny new Gameboard to arrive on your doorstep, and with every day that passes we are getting closer and closer to that faithful day! 

In the meantime, let’s get you started on the platform behind all of the magic on Gameboard! We’ll be sending out invites to you shortly, but I wanted to take some time to give you a peek at our closed Beta so that you know what to expect!

What is Beta?

Beta is a chance for all of you future Gameboard owners (who we lovingly refer to as our BetaCorps) to jump on the platform powering Gameboard ahead of receiving your hardware.

You’ll get a chance to start setting up your account, setting your unique Gameboard name (sorry, Board of Holding has already been claimed…), joining Guilds and getting access to special events put on by our curated team of influencers who will be hosting games on Gameboard (any guesses on who they might be?).

Here’s how it’s all going to work:

1. Very soon we’ll be sending you a special link to join the BetaCorps
2. Sign up to Beta and create your unique gamertag
3. You can select Guilds that you would like to join created by our curated team of influencers
4. You’ll get notified about special streaming events put on by the guilds you have joined
5. You’ll receive a link to the live streaming events and be able to interact and influence the gameplay (on a per-game basis)
6. Unlock special badges and achievements only available to BetaCorps members
7. Interact with the BetaCorps community in our private Beta channels on our Discord server
8. Plus more as our Beta evolves!
